Why work with Kat?
Expertise and Precision
After several years of coaching women in habits for a healthy circadian rhythm, Kat earned an M.S. in Clinical Nutrition because she highly values understanding the biochemical links between what we eat and how we feel and look. She also understands that every person is unique and deserving of her complete attention so she listens deeply to your diet and health story to uncover which links are the most important and which changes will have the greatest positive effect.
Whole-Person Focus
Kat focuses on women on the motherhood path because, as a mother of two little ones, she understands how easy it is for mom’s health to be overlooked as well as the importance of the customization of dietary and lifestyle changes to the context of family life. Once we discover the “what” of your plan, we work together to figure out the “how” that takes into account the well-being of your family, work and social life.
Committed Support
Creating change is challenging so Kat provides email and phone support through the whole process. What happens in the initial consultation and follow-up sessions provides valuable insights to prepare you to take action between sessions and support for this in-between time is essential. This support may take the form of answering questions, providing prompts, recipes, and/or targeted education.

What People Say
“I’m so grateful I’ve had Kat’s kind, knowledgeable, and practical guidance throughout two of my three pregnancies. As a mother of young children herself, she really understands what you’re
going through, and emphasizes a practical approach to helping you adopt new habits and
strategies to improve your own health and that of your young family. Sometimes I think back to
that initial thought I had after my first pregnancy, that “people do this all the time,” and so it shouldn’t be that hard, but the truth is, new mothers today tend to have less family support, are often juggling multiple responsibilities, and we’re doing it in the middle of a pandemic when childcare support can be spotty or tough to come by. Kat’s nutritional coaching is about more than just teaching you to eat more vitamins; she coaches you to nourish yourself. I can’t think of anything more important for new mothers right now. ” – LJ
